These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SmartBizz AI website and services. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are provided by SmartBizz AI, a registered sole proprietorship operated by Nir Kirshenbaum in Israel.
We provide AI strategy, voice and chat agents, automations, AI branding and content, and CRM and process consulting. Any specific engagement is defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement (SOW). The SOW prevails over these Terms for that engagement.
Our Services rely on artificial intelligence including third-party language and voice models. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected, and may vary between runs. AI-generated outputs require human review before being relied upon for important decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event.
