We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services, we never sell your data, and our AI voice and chat agents may process recordings and conversations on behalf of our clients. You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time.

Who we are: SmartBizz AI is an AI implementation agency operated by Nir Kirshenbaum as a registered sole proprietorship in Israel. For personal data we process for our own purposes, SmartBizz is the data controller. For personal data we process while operating AI agents on behalf of a client, the client is the controller and SmartBizz acts as a processor.

Information we collect: contact & enquiry data (name, email, company, phone, message), technical data (IP address, device/browser, usage data), and information from AI agent interactions (call audio/transcripts, chat messages).

Voice & call data: voice agents may record and/or transcribe calls. Where SmartBizz operates a voice agent for a client, the client is responsible for ensuring callers are properly notified and that recording is permitted in the relevant jurisdiction.
